So What or Be OK

I wrote a while ago about how I like to dance when I am alone (well...in public too). I often find myself without the kids and all alone. I can either wallow (which I do plenty of) or dance. So, if I am really mad and angry I dance to Pink's So What. If I just want to dance it all out and I am in a better mood, I dance to Ingrid Michaelson's Be OK. Both songs are on my player to the right. You can see how the one would feed my anger and the other is much more upbeat. Right now, I'm super happy so I will be dancing to Be OK. So I'm gonna run now...er...dance! Later!

*Going to the Real playoffs and I will post more about Halloween, the playoffs and my race later.

Both songs are on my playlist right now too. In fact both are on my Triathlon playlist also.

I don't remember you as such a dancer. You went to dances but I never knew you liked to dance.

I'm not really a "dancer" but rather a freak! I just love to dance and never really get the chance. So, I dance in my house. Sometimes my kids will do it too!

I think my dancing skills are what got me on the cheer squad cuz it sure as heck wasn't my sweet gymnastics skills!

I think you and I have a similar dance style. I just like to move not necessarily "dance". I need to make you a cd. I love to put together mixes and share good tunes. If you like Ingrid I think you'll like some of my other tunes.

Thanks again for your support in the 5K. You are great!

Hey Val, I would love a CD. That'd be awesome. Thanks for keeping me from looking too lonely at the race.
Julz - That's what I'm talking about. I heart seratonin release! Joby's got some sweet moves!
